Like so many words these days, it's okay to use only if you're a member of the "group", meaning if you are a Canadian. If you or I said it, it would be a violation of their civil rights and they'd pelt us with a jar of maple syrup.
And I'm not sure which is worse, the sentence or the deportation afterwards.
