If John Galt Were A Hippie

I enjoyed 3 Idiots, which--it's claimed--is already the biggest Bollywood hit ever. If true, I can see why. It's a lot of fun, and, like so many Bollywood films, tosses in everything. It's a comedy/melodrama/romance/musical. At almost three hours long, it never slows down. It's half in English, half in Hindi--sometimes in the same sentence.

The basic plot is simple. A brilliant, free spirit goes to engineering school and changes the lives of all who meet him. I think any audience would like it, but perhaps its message about stopping to smell the roses resonates more in India.
