Try To Forget

The less said about the Wolverine/Spartan game the better.  It's Coach Rod's third loss in a row to them, but it simply showed what a nothing team this Wolverine squad it.

They were 5-0, but this was the first time they had to face a halfway decent team.  Our defense, after looking okay for one quarter, fell apart and MSU was able to make big plays whenever needed.  Also, some dumb penalties--they need to learn to tackle, not facemask.  Needless to say, horrible kicking.

The only chance Michigan had was its offense, but it had an off day.  I suppose much of the disaster can be blamed on three major interceptions Robinson threw, without which there might have been a game. You gotta learn to throw in front of them, Denard.

Trouble is, there'll be tougher challenges ahead.  Looking at the schedule, I see four likely losses and two tossups.  Michigan'll be lucky to go 7-5.
