I have mixed feelings about this. A man with such self-wisdom ought to be president. It does occur to me that this especially qualifies him to be an adviser to John Kasich, who needs someone to help with his air of inevitability.
(Best line in the story: "Announcing his decision to a small group of Ohio reporters in his Capitol Hill office yesterday . . ." Yes, it helps me understand the story that it was Ohio reporters to whom he was speaking. Probably took extra security to keep the big guys out.)
