In All Kander

We lost Chuck Berry and Don Rickles this year, but 90-year-old John Kander is still going strong.  He's written the music for more than ten Broadway musicals, winning Tonys for Cabaret, Woman Of The Year and Kiss Of The Spider Woman (though not Chicago, which opened the same year as A Chorus Line).
