Big Weekend

After going through the doldrums of September, it's finally October, and perhaps some good films will open. There were a bunch premiering this weekend: Blindness, Flash Of Genius, Religulous, Nick And Norah's Infinite Playlist, How To Lose Friends & Alienate People, An American Carol. Unfortunately, except for Rachel Getting Married, none of them seem to be critical favorites (and that one sounds uncomfortably like Margot At The Wedding).

I saw Eagle Eye last week. I need better than that.
