Amber Preserved

I like Amber the Cutthroat Bitch, played by Anne Dudek, on House. The viewers liked her too, because when she didn't make the final cut for House's team, they still brought her back as a recurring character.

The big finish last season was her death, though, so it seemed like she was done. But they figured out a way to bring her back this season--as House's hallucination. However, it's not the same thing. First, she doesn't really interact with anyone except House, and not the same way as before. Second, it's not really the same character--she's playing someone's subconscious. They shouldn't have killed her, but once they did, they should have accepted it.

Then there's the heating up of the House-Cuddy relationship. I don't need that at all. In fact, there's been far too much hooking up this season in general.
