Cover Charge

A while ago I noted the 99 Cent Store sells pregnancy testing kits at checkout. Today I saw them selling condoms next to the cashier.

First, as with pregnancy tests, is this a product where you may not want to be economical? An ounce of prevention, and all that.

Second, stuff at checkout is for impulse buyers. Aren't people who use condoms good at resisting impulse (at least for a short while)?
