At Least He Liked Transformers 2

Here's an interview with the critic people love to hate, Armond White. Rotten Tomatoes was the best thing that ever happened to him. He used to be known to a small circle, but now when he's practically the only major critic to reject Toy Story 3 or Dark Knight or Wall-E, he stands out.

He's recently been attacked by former defender Roger Ebert. White turned around and claimed Ebert is responsible for "the destruction of intellectual film response."

I've generally liked White, while recognizing his reviews could be nutty. But I do have to wonder if his new notoriety won't drive him to go even more contrarian.
